I have varied interests from target shooting, music, art history to politics and volunteering. I enjoy spending most of my time learing how to cook, doing crafts and generally just enjoying life. I love hanging out with my family, friends and two dogs. I like all kinds of arts & crafts, music and recipes even though I am very un-crafty, un-talented and un-domesticated. But in my defense I do try. I like some outdoor activities like 4-wheelin and target shooting. The things to know about me is that I am addicted to Starbucks and Diet Green Tea. I am a hopeless romantic and am crazy about a man named Jody (I think I might marry this man someday) and I take lots and lots of pictures. My Christmas baking 2009


Christmas time baking has begun. This is the first year I have cooked for my family. I fixed a big dinner Thanksgiving for just my parents but for Christmas Eve dinner I baked an orange cake with cream cheese icing (top right w/out the icing), chocolate chip brownies (bottom right) and peanut butter balls (left) as well as baked sweet potatoes (a Bobby Deen recipe), rice crispy treats, a honey glazed ham, bbq smokies and made turkey roll ups for my entire family. Am I becoming domestic or what? I hope you all enjoy your Christmas. Be safe and here's to hoping Santa brings you all you wished for.
